Silly mistakes made by dog and handler but a nice class with some lovely dogs.
1st Jazz it up van Benveida’s Joy (Dixie) Handler Kirst Crommen (BC)
Lovely round by dog and handler, will do very well but try and sort mouthing on retrieve it can be very expensive and make the difference between winning or not in C or CHC which I have no doubt you will both reach.

2nd Ngalifo the two Chestnuts Handler Joke van der Hoop (Kelpie)
This was a lovely dog attitude to die for, scent was very expensive but made me smile.

3rd Kryill van Berlar Handler Greet Vink (WS)
This is a very young dog and has good set exercises but lacks drive and confidence and in Greet’s capable hands will I’m sure come through.

4th Dawnville high hopes of Davey Handler Nicky Spengler (Shetland Sheep Dog)
Excellent handler, some wides in heel work but it was send away that let you down, work on that and you’ll be at the other end of the line up.

5th Nice of you to come bye Eager Wizard Handler Bianca van der Post (BC)
I loved this dog, and even with not sitting in the heel work would have been my winner, but unfortunately he followed the handler on stays.

Again nice heel work send away very expensive.

I set a testing round because I know that Holland has a very high standard of C dogs, but was very disappointed to have so many training rounds. Not because something went wrong, which did happen to a couple of very experienced handlers but a lot of handlers did not attempt it, however those who did coped very well.
1st Sealight Boryck Handler Greet Vink (BC)
This dog came in and did everything well, set exercises and heel work. He is not a young dog but knows his job and does it very well. Well done, you must be very proud of him.

2nd Twinkle’s Laddy Boy Handler Annelies van de Velde (WS)
Another dog and handler I really like, all exercises done well unfortunately the handler took the wrong course which cost two marks.

Nice heel work bits and pieces all exercises, try and tidy them up, lost run off to above dog.

4th Bytchek Esquire (Bugsy) Handler Steven Vannieuwenhuyse (BC)
This dog won his third B under me and it’s really nice to see him doing so well. Unfortunately dropped retrieve article and pick ups on ASSD need some work.

Missed positions in DC and ASSD and marks add up. Try and get more consistent because general work is good.

Thank you for the invitation to judge, I do enjoy coming over we are made so welcome, one word I have noticed you have some lovely heel work dogs but you need ALL exercises strong, it is such a shame when you see a really nice dog and It’s sets let it down. The dog that does everything well is the winner. I apologies for the lateness of this report but I have had a few problems, not least I DON’T USE A COMPUTER so I have to get somebody else to do it for me.
