Report      Dutch Obedience Shoe November 2015
It was a pleasure to be asked to be a co judge with Jean Payne. Our hosts Barjo and Nico Blom were simply the best and certainly gave us the 5- star treatment .
Everyone concerned with the Show were very welcoming and it was lovely to meet you all and see your great dogs in action .
The results were :

NOVICE
1st  GREET VINK and “ CANDLEWINDS TWO SPOTS “
A lovely neat , accurate from Greet and Beryl . Just a little dropping back after the turns and an over enthusiastic retrieve taking marks.  Very well done on a popular win.
2nd  GUUS SCHOLTEN and “ HALLIGALLI MOVIE STAR “
Guus is a fabulous trainer and a true gentleman. First time in the ring with his baby and already creating such power in the work. It was this power that stopped Coco controlling her rear-end , causing a little crabbing  - but a super prospect. I wish you all the best with her.
3rd  RINEKE SMIT with “ SAMANTHA v BERGENTHEIM “
Lovely handling Rineke – just keep those feet moving on your about – turns as you both came to a standstill and then you will be moving up the places. Only pair with clear sets. Very well done.
4th  JEEP GYS with “ MEG “
Near perfect set exercises kept you in contention . Little losses of position and crooked halts being point – takers . Very well done .
5th  BIANCA GERRITSE with “ LUCKY PLAYER DINKY – DI – DUTCH “
A really nicely handled Kelpie with Dinky doing a series of little jumps that caused her to lose position .  Give finishes a bit of attention too – then it’s onwards and upwards.
6th  ANNETTE WEBER with  “ HENRY “
Henry had the benefit of very smart handling by ANNETTE  with forward work and poor presents costing the marks. Well done on getting this place.
CLASS ‘C’
1st  GUUS SCHOLTEN with   “ DANESWAY DUET “ -  ( GUCCI )
Sadly missed the first in DC but then went on to give their usual accomplished display to win the class . Many Congratulations.
2nd  GREET VINK with “ KYRILL BERLAERE “
Little wrong and a very pleasing round with hesitation in the Sendaway being the difference between winning and the reserve spot .  Very  well done.
3rd   ELLEN REIGENGA with “ BORDERS FOR JOY LOST FOR WORDS “
Slow positions in ASSD and hanging back on Slow Pace added to a broken Stay meant it wasn’t your day today.
4th  ANGELA KROON with “ ABSOLUTE GROOVY “
A missed position and sitting on turns and another with a broken Stay meant Angela and her lovely dog had to settle for fourth place.
